Your responsibilities
- Project management: Management and coordination of livestreaming projects from conception to implementation
- Technical planning: Development and implementation of technical solutions for live streaming events
- Technical support and implementation of events in the field of sound, video, and lighting technology
- Event management: Planning and execution of webcasts, online conferences, and corporate events using our proprietary virtual event platform, Techcast Event Cloud
- Customer support: Working closely with customers to define requirements and ensure their satisfaction
- Team leadership: Leading and guiding the project management team during event preparation and implementation
- Quality control: Ensuring compliance with quality standards and schedules
- Budget management: Monitoring and managing project budgets
What you bring to the table
- Professional experience in project management, ideally in the field of event technology or livestreaming
- Initial professional experience in the field of audio and video technology
- Expertise: In-depth understanding of the technical requirements and processes in the field of livestreaming, broadcast and AV technology, and event management
- IT skills: High level of computer literacy, with excellent MS Office skills
- Leadership qualities: Strong ability to lead and motivate teams
- Communication skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey complex technical issues in an understandable way
- Organizational skills: Structured approach to work and strong problem-solving abilities
- Flexibility: Class B driver's license, willingness to travel for events and flexible working hours
