We use cookies and similar technologies on our website to provide content, optimize functions, and analyze user behavior. Some cookies are technically necessary, while others serve statistical and marketing purposes.
Types of cookies:
- Transient cookies (e.g., session cookies) are automatically deleted when you close your browser.
- Persistent cookies remain on your device and enable us to recognize your browser the next time you visit.
Legal basis:
- Technically necessary cookies: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR
- Analysis and marketing cookies (Google Analytics, HubSpot): Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR (consent)
You can revoke your consent at any time via our cookie banner or your browser settings.
5. Use of Google Analytics 4
Our website uses Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland ("Google").
Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to collect information about website usage, such as:
- anonymized IP address,
- User interactions (page views, clicks, scrolling behavior),
- Browser and device types,
- Information about location and language.
The information generated by Google Analytics about your use of the website is usually transferred to a Google server and stored there. A transfer to the USA cannot be ruled out. Google relies on the EU standard contractual clauses for this.
We use Google Analytics with IP anonymization ("IP masking") enabled. This shortens your IP address and does not directly associate it with you.
Legal basis:
Your consent pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR.
Revocation:
You can revoke your consent at any time via our cookie banner or by installing a browser add-on:

6. Use of HubSpot
We use the HubSpot service provided by HubSpot Ireland Limited, 2nd Floor 30 North Wall Quay, Dublin 1, Ireland, for marketing, sales, and communication purposes, as well as to analyze the use of our website.
Data processing in the EU:
We only use HubSpot with the EU data region enabled. This means that personal data—for example, in the context of forms, downloads, or website interactions—is stored and processed exclusively on servers within the European Union. As a matter of principle, no data is transferred to third countries (e.g., the US).
Processed data may include, in particular:
- IP address,
- Location data,
- Browser information,
- pages visited and times,
- Form entries (e.g., contact forms),
- Interactions with our emails (e.g., open rates, clicks).
Purpose of processing:
Data processing is used for establishing contact, lead generation, analyzing user behavior, and improving our content and communication.
Legal basis:
Processing is carried out exclusively on the basis of your consent in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR, which you can revoke at any time—e.g., via a link in our emails or via the cookie settings on our website.
Note on possible individual processing outside the EU:
Insofar as technical components of HubSpot (e.g., for support or diagnostics) are to be processed outside the EU in individual cases, HubSpot relies on recognized safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses to ensure an adequate level of data protection.
