Our website uses Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland ("Google").

Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to collect information about the use of the website, for example:

6. use of HubSpot

We use the HubSpot service provided by HubSpot Ireland Limited, 2nd Floor 30 North Wall Quay, Dublin 1, Ireland, for marketing, sales and communication purposes and to analyze the use of our website.

Data processing in the EU:
We use HubSpot exclusively with the EU data region activated. This means that personal data - for example in the context of forms, downloads or website interactions - is stored and processed exclusively on servers within the European Union. Data is not transferred to third countries (e.g. the USA).

Processed data can be in particular

  • IP address,
  • Location data,
  • Browser information,
  • visited pages and times,
  • Form entries (e.g. contact forms),
  • Interactions with our emails (e.g. open rates, clicks).

Purpose of the processing:
The purpose of data processing is to establish contact, generate leads, analyze user behavior and improve our content and communication.

Legal basis:
The processing takes place exclusively on the basis of your consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR, which you can revoke at any time - e.g. via a link in our emails or via the cookie settings on our website.

Note on possible individual processing outside the EU:
Insofar as technical components of HubSpot (e.g. for support or diagnostics) are processed outside the EU in individual cases, HubSpot relies on recognized guarantees such as the EU standard contractual clauses to ensure an adequate level of data protection.

7. applications

We collect and process the personal data of applicants for the purpose of handling the application process. If the applicant is selected for an interview, the transmitted data will be stored and processed for the purpose of handling the admission procedure or for the implementation of the application procedure in compliance with the statutory provisions.

If the application is unsuccessful, we will automatically delete the application documents three months after notification of the rejection decision, provided that no other legitimate interests on our part stand in the way of deletion.

The legal basis for the processing of personal data for application purposes is § 26 BDSG.

In accordance with the GDPR, you have the following rights with regard to your personal data:
