Your responsibilities
- Independent management and coordination of customer projects on our virtual event platform Techcast Event Cloud
- Operational implementation of online events (e.g., speaker onboarding, live directing)
- Interface between customers, internal development teams, and external partners
- Recording and analyzing customer requirements and developing suitable technical solutions
- Planning, scheduling, and monitoring of project milestones
- Quality assurance and support for events during implementation
- Documentation and continuous optimization of processes
What you bring to the table
- Completed degree in business informatics or a comparable qualification
- Initial experience in IT project management or in supporting digital platforms
- Technical understanding and the ability to communicate complex issues clearly
- Strong customer focus and a structured, solution-oriented approach to work
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
- Ability to work in a team, sense of responsibility, and enjoyment of dynamic projects
